Buyaa Individual User Service Agreement
I. Agreement Entry into Force
Welcome to the individual user services of Buyaa Platform. When you click "Register", "Log In" or "Agree to Terms and Continue Using" on the Platform, you confirm that you have fully read, thoroughly understood and voluntarily accepted all clauses herein, and undertake to comply with all platform rules. This Agreement shall take effect immediately and be legally binding upon you.
II. Platform Service Positioning
1.Buyaa is an information service platform dedicated to commodity display, price comparison search, store information inquiry and supply-demand matching.
2.The Platform does NOT provide any online shopping, online order placement, online payment, online settlement, guaranteed transaction or logistics delivery services.
3.The Platform only displays merchant stores, product images, commodity prices, store addresses and contact information, and provides an in-app chat channel for communication between users and merchants.
4. All price negotiation, payment, goods inspection, pickup and after-sales services shall be completed voluntarily by users and merchants at offline physical stores, independent of the Platform.
III. User Account & Registration Rules
1. You warrant that all registration information you submit is true, accurate and legal. False registration or registration by impersonating another person is prohibited.
2. You shall properly keep your account, password and verification codes. You shall bear full liability for all operations conducted under your account.
3.Renting, selling or transferring accounts is forbidden; sharing one account among multiple persons for malicious batch operations is also prohibited.
4.The Platform reserves the right to restrict login, limit message sending or permanently suspend abnormal or rule-violating accounts.
IV. User Code of Conduct
You undertake the following obligations while using the Platform:
1.Do not publish or disseminate illegal, pornographic, violent, false, fraudulent, insulting or other non-compliant content.
2. Do not harass, insult, threaten or extort merchants or other users maliciously.
3.Do not exploit platform vulnerabilities, scripts, plug-ins or crawlers to generate fake data in bulk or send mass harassing messages to merchants.
4. Do not make promises, provide guarantees or conduct fraud to merchants or third parties in the name of Buyaa Platform.
5. When contacting merchants and conducting offline transactions via the Platform, you shall independently verify merchant qualifications, product quality and price authenticity, and assess all transaction risks at your own discretion.
V. Platform Rights & Content License
1. The Platform reserves the right to delete, block or limit the display of non-compliant remarks, messages and content.
2. The Platform may optimize, upgrade or adjust its functions, interfaces and display rules without separate prior notice to users.
3. All intellectual property rights of product images, store data, Buyaa LOGO, technical source codes and interface designs belong exclusively to the Platform. Users are prohibited from downloading, misappropriating, reusing for commercial purposes or mass crawling such content.
VI. Disclaimer for Offline Transactions
1. All sales transactions take place offline at physical stores. The Platform will not participate, intervene, guarantee or assume liability for any offline deal.
2. Any disputes arising from offline transactions, including but not limited to defective goods, counterfeit products, price conflicts, payment disputes, insufficient weight/quantity, after-sales disagreements, personal injury or property loss, shall be settled solely by the two transaction parties. The Platform shall not bear any compensation liability or joint liability.
3. The Platform acts merely as an information display medium and makes no warranties regarding merchant authenticity, product quality, commodity genuineness or service standard.
4. You fully acknowledge and agree that all risks arising from searching merchants, contacting sellers and completing offline transactions through the Platform shall be borne solely by yourself.
VII. Privacy & Data Protection
1. The Platform strictly protects users’ personal privacy information and shall not disclose or resell users’ personal data without authorization.
2. You acknowledge that the Platform will lawfully record necessary operation logs, device information and browsing records to provide normal services, conduct risk control, security review and platform optimization.
VIII. Amendment & Termination of Agreement
1. The Platform may revise this Agreement according to operational demands. Revised clauses shall take effect upon public announcement on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of updated terms.
2. If you violate platform rules, the Platform may terminate your service and suspend your account at any time.
IX. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Djibouti. All disputes arising hereunder shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of local judicial authorities in Djibouti.
X. Final Confirmation
By clicking "Agree and Register / Log In", you confirm the following: I fully understand that Buyaa is only a commodity information display platform without any online transaction functions; all shopping transactions are voluntary offline activities with all risks borne by myself; I will voluntarily abide by all platform rules.
